They are just smiling to my astonished statement !

Updation for the article " Lacks of women working in construction areas, where the society is looking? " You can find my first article on this topic in previous pages! Today I noticed this view when I was going out beside my flat.Women working in construction , carrying small stones in a dish , their children walking and playing beside their mothers on this small  stone hills-dusty and dirty; non eco-friendly  environment. 500 rp payment enforce them to sacrifice their health , life, time .... These all due to illiteracy , life condition, poverty and discrimination that covered whole India . As I came closer to them in order to talk , but language problem stand between us, they are just smiling , saying to each other somethings in local language & laughing(for my surprise and questions by gestures why you working here ); and I couldn't find anyone around who knows English that help me.

Lacks of Indian women in construction, where the men’s of this society are looking?

   In the world where we always repeat that woman is the ideal example of beauty, perfection and admiration, being witness with something totally contrary of this makes you feel pity!     Initial days of my journalistic career in India , I didn't draw that much attention to the  places of construction over the streets and people working there as they mostly were with covered face and in long conventional clothes. Today , to my great astonishment, every single day I come across a building under construction with women laborers lugging cement or other raw materials over their head.In every area you can be evidence of these “miserable scenes”: woman climbing the scaffoldings with the bricks, carrying soil,sand on their heads, lifting heavy cement bags bricks ...other heavy loads, digging earth, mixing cement, breaking stones.        Unable to speak a word!
