daily life. One of the great impacts of that is on transportation.
Online booking taxi is very common now.
Uber, Olacabs and other logistics companies settled nicely in
India getting well-known with their services. Definitely, it’s a marvelous
idea: the taxi is coming right to your doorsteps taking you to your desired
destination and further more with a lower cost. It’s convenient, comfort,
affordable price, giving choice of different facilities..etc for the
passengers. For the drivers as well who
chooses Uber or Ola taxies as a working company there are many intriguing
offers: providing car, different incentives except commission based salary,
preferable working time and so on.. In comparison with the past transportation
ways ( you have to go to the station or main street to get a taxi/auto, waiting
for a bus) it’s a best option. There are

Salem Khan- Driver—yeah, Uber is good. I am working 12 hours a day already
2-3 years. Salary is good. It is 20% commission based, monthly I got around
30,000rp. They provide cars also ,if you don’t have.⃟
Vijayendhar-driver (working 2,5 years)- Uber
now is very bad. Today’s fuel become expensive and expenditure also increased.
The trips is very cheap and as I am commission based, nowadays daily I am
paying 1000rp from my pocket and
essential one, no incentives to drivers , it is not decreased , its nil. We
can’t require from company also , as it is online business, no responsibility
in the office. No , clients, passengers are good, only Uber become bad. My
friends are telling that Ola also same.

It is comfortable, clean, coming to your doorsteps, waiting time is not that
much 10-15 minutes, even they have Auto Uber option also. Better than Auto.
Only you have to pay 10-20 rp more than auto, but it is worth.
Prashant- driver—I am new in
this. Just 3 days back I joined Uber. Actually , I completed my graduation, I
search a job- when Uber provided me a car by leasing and commission bases
online booking taxi driver job I accepted. My salary is per booing 45 rupees. I
have incentives also, for example if you complete 50 bookings in 4 days, they
will give you 1700 rp. And again from Thursday to Sunday if you complete 40 bookings, they will give
1500 rupees. I work from afternoon to 11 o’clock night, during this time I complete 11 to 14
bookings. Actually , Uber fares are a little low, na – so passengers mostly
prefer Uber .

month)—I am working already 2 month with Uber. It is good and I like it. Uber
is international company.
Varsha –passenger – Uber is
better. I use both Ola and Uber. Ola fares are little bit higher. The routing
Ola has taken long time. Before I used to go to my office , I had to get up an hour earlier in the mornings
with Ola at least half an hour you have to wait until it finish its picking up.
Uber is better than. In shares, Uber takes 3, Ola takes 4 also, that is even
more problematic. But nowadays 4 peoples are there in Uber also. Its price a
little bit higher that before and routing also you know, it’s not good now.
It’s changed.
